Most definitely, in fact I think that most companies filter resumes by not only there content but also there design. You can really get their attention with your attention to detail.

Creating your resume in InDesign is a good start to designing a resume. I think a resume should certainly reflect your design skills.

I agree- even if you are not a design student, if a resume has a classy, unique style, that says a lot about the person applying.
